A couple weeks ago I got to meet up with this sweet family. It was a beautiful evening and couldn’t have been a more perfect April night. A week prior we met up for Hailey’s one year cake session which I will share in a different post. I think the kids both were probably glad to see the following week come and go with out me & my camera! haha!

So fun seeing you again Heather and meeting the rest of your family!

Checking the cows | Personal | Family Photographer

I just couldn’t decide which to share for my photo of the day, so I thought I would share them all.

Today, we went to check on the cows at grandma & grandpa’s farm. There is a new round of calves coming and we (I) were (was) pretty sure I heard a mama calving this afternoon. and sure enough, we saw a new calf! So fun!

Grady says, “baby cow” (and “mommy cow” and “daddy cow” and “guys” for brother cow:)) It’s pretty cute. He was so happy to go check on them. Not so happy on the walk back, as you can see below. But then when I started talking to him about the cows again he lit right back up.

Loving this sunny week. Hope you are, too!

Meet Kelsey.

You have seen her before. It all started when I  shot a wedding for one of her best friends. I remember going up to her and telling her her baby belly was so cute. I was thrilled when she contacted me for maternity & newborn pictures. Later her and her hubby had the big wedding they never got to have and I got to shoot that, too. And here we are with  baby #2!! She still is just as adorable with that baby belly and I can’t wait to know if it’s a girl or boy! It has been such an honor to capture every  major milestone for the Lyle family!

Oh. And we have the same birthday, too. Which if you didn’t know is the BEST day on the planet!:)

I am thankful we held out for a reschedule date! It was well worth the wait. I had to work a  bit, pulling out fishy lips and all I could to get mr. big brother to – be Aiden to work with me a little but what I did get was just perfect!

You are close to my heart miss Kelsey! Can’t wait to see you as a family of four! xoxo

Meet Blake & Tucker.

They were 3 weeks old at our session & couldn’t have been more perfect. We started the session with Blake and moved onto Tucker. The boys look so different and are even quite different in size when side by side. Blake liked to cover his face and and Tucker seemed to love to frame it so perfectly. The same parents, the same genes, born at the same time and yet they are individuals! Such sweet baby boys.

I adore their photos and hope you do, too.
